Your name
Emily

Session date
19.01.2009

What did I do this week/session?
I did listen to the Spanish and practice some grammar. Also I did work a bit on my presentations.

What was the most interesting thing I did for this session (mark it above with an asterisk) - why was that?
I think the most interesting thing I did might be Spanish because it helps me to relax.

What were three main things I learned from this session?
That if I have to much time it is very difficult for me to plan it.

What did I previously think was true, but now know to be wrong?
I thought that if people have more time off they are able to do more work.

What did we not cover that I expected we should?
Probably the most things I have planned before because of my health problems.
What was new or surprising to me?
Probably that I haven’t done much especially when I have planned to do much more before.

What have I changed my mind about, as a result of this session?
I have changed my mind about the way of studying. Now I know I have to change it as soon as and it would be a big challenge for me.

One thing I learned in this session that I may be able to use in future is...
It will be Spanish.

I am still unsure about...
I am still not sure about how to plan my time. Because I have tired to do it in many different ways and I can’t find one right for me.

Issues that interested me a lot, and that I would like to study in more detail
The one interested me the most is Spanish. I know I have to study much more for this subject because I don’t feel I make much progress. Also because it is my favourite one.

Ideas for action, based on this session...
The idea is to find the best way to plan. I might do it every day because it helps me more and it works for me more than other I have tired before.

What I most liked about this session was...
The time but as I said as more time I have ….I just have had my own routine before. Being busy helps me to be more organised.

What I most disliked about this session was...
The way how I wasted it by being not well enough to study. Sometimes I think it was just an excuse to do nothing and relax.
